Important notice about transportation in early morning:
If you stay at a hotel around Sannomiya Station, please take Port Liner
(train system) from Sannomiya to Shimin Hiroba (10 min/JPY240) to join
SIEPON meeting.

The first departure time of free shuttle bus from Sannomiya to Kobe
Portopia hotel is 8:00 AM, but the bus might be delayed due to morning
traffic jam.

The attached file (Port Liner Time Table -Kobe New Transit.pdf) is a
time table (5:40 - 24:15) of Port Liner at Sannomiya Station. All trains
which depart from Sannomiya will stop at Shimin Hiroba that is the
nearest station to the Hotel (2 min by foot).
